Zero just set the new ransom standard for any American that is abducted by a hostile nation. These Uighurs were deemed to be enemy combatants. What that means is, they went through the CSRT's had their cases adjudicated and were found to be enemy combatants. That's a way of saying, they fought against US troops. Good luck Palau!
