European Union’s foreign policy chief Javier Solana will visit the Mideast on Wednesday ....Solana will travel to Israel, the Palestinian Territories, Lebanon and Egypt.
In Israel, on Wednesday and Thursday....Solana will discuss what Netanyahu plans to say in his address. On the agenda of the EU foreign policy chief talks is also the future of the process to upgrade relations between Israel and the European Union.

Evidently, Abu Solana doesn't keep up with pallie news much. Abbas is refusing negotiations...whether Israel offers or not.
I LOATHE and DETEST these people, these anti-Israel, anti-Zion, mentally deficient, morally bankrupt FOREIGN b@st@rds who go to Israel and stomp their feet expecting Israel to jump like a wounded deer. They won't do it to the mudslams because they will shoot them and no one will punish them for it. After all, to demand anything from THEM is a humiliation no one should be forced to experience.
Javier Solana is one reason why I despise the EU/PU so intensely. He had a stint with NATO too if I remember correctly. When he was in Spain before he joined the international community, he never had anything good to say about the U.S. He was a socialist, and Clinton pushed to get him appointed to one of the international orgs. That’s when it became crystal clear to me that Solana was a mutant.
The EU hasn’t been, isn’t now, and will never be Israel’s friend.
What’s more, Israel knows it.
