Sen. Robert C. Byrd (D-W.Va.), 91, has been ensconced in an undisclosed hospital since May 15... Sen. Edward M. Kennedy (D-Mass.), 77, did not return to the Senate last week...What about that RAT from North Dakota who had a stroke last year? Tim Johnson I think was his name? Is he still in the Senate?
