Our sole focus must be on the budget, and what we must do to save the state from insolvency and avert our looming cash crisis. For my part, I'm proud to have earned a 100 percent pro-taxpayer rating from the California Taxpayers Association, and will fight hard on your behalf to pass realistic budget solutions without higher taxes. Which, given Adams record, says that the CTA's ratings are worthless.
