When countries don’t do what we want them to, we put sanctions on them. I don’t see why we need to pay anyone outside of this country to do anything. We don’t even pay our own people to consider the climate............we penalize them. The same should go to other countries. This money will only go in someone elses pocket. Maybe that’s the plan.
