Rhonda, founder of Sernenty Enterprise is talking about how she learned the technique she teaches...she was sick and anxious and one day in her car, she just slowed down her thoughts by putting her hands together and saying "I release negative thoughts" over an over.

Jesse says alot of black people think meditation is not of God. Rhonda says that you can only get so far until you need to get quiet and listen to God to get a deeper relationship. She reminds us that Jesus was in the wilderness for 40 days and 40 nights, spending time with God.

She says that prayer is when we talk to God. Meditation is when we listen to God.

Bible says if you confess that Jesus is your lord and savior are they missing something......Rhonda says go to the scripture about the seed that falls in the hard ground, and good ground, etc. When we accept Christ in our heart, that is soft ground.
