I think his negotiating routine includes peeing and pooping on an American flag. Then burning said flag for good measure.

Good Lord, why couldnt it have been Keith Man on Fan Olbermann making that journalistic trip to North Korea...?
'Cause even MSNBC is smarter than Gore TV (Current TV)

Kim Jong Il knows Al Gore is making billions with his multi-billion global warming scam. The NK will shake Al down for $10 million to get his gals back.

"Have the N Koreans not done this in the past and then the discussions begin between State and the North Koreans..a bartering sort of thing for their release? With the exception of the USS Pueblo incident, I can't think of any other Americans held by the NK since the armistice was signed in the 50's. I'm sure there probably were, I just can't think of them. However, there have been scores of South Koreans and Japanese that have been "tried and convicted" and never seen again.
We hope that these women will just be used as a negotiation tool for the PRNK. But, these people are so bat-crap crazy, that truly anything is possible.

I'm sure NK is Al Gore's idea of a utopia.
Ain't nobody but Li'l Kim got a carbon footprint up there.

Trade Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton for the two journalists in an even-Stephens deal.
Solves two sets of problems simultaneously AND increases the average IQ of both countries.

I doubt they would have even had the trial if McCain had won :(
Think about all the stuff they have done since the election or even the inauguration—basically they are flipping the bird to the US!
Hopefully, NK is just holding them for negotiation but hearing on news that “Washington is urging their release on humanitarian grounds” is not very encouraging :(

Current TV, isn’t that Al Gores venture?
To: doug from upland
The journalists - working for former Vice President Al Gores California-based Current TV I wondered why this deadbeat inserted himself into this mess. Interesting that he probably precipitated it.

I thought Lisa Ling her sister was there too and got away?
I saw Lisa on tv the other day LKL IIRC sharing the plight of her sister being held in NK.

Yep, but I suspect someone will find a way to blame this on George Bush.
