Obama has been on the job 140 days, imagine after 3 years. We will all be living on Gilligan's Island, driving that Gilligan car.
You brought it up
Mary Ann or Ginger?

Since St. Paddy’s they remind me more like the Clampetts when MO ordered green dye added to the WH cee-ment pond.

Drudge isn’t linking to the NYT. Anyone see a NYT story that is similar?

I don't think they sweat anything, they really don't care, all that motivates them is power over us and as much of the world as they can garner.
Tanking the economy and destroying free market capitalism is just a minor inconvenience,if not goal, in the scope of things. Good Marxists want power over everything at any cost!

Drivel.....
They won they rule
Nothing will be done to actually thwart their destruction of America.
Poor ol’ Newt has had enough. He called me today to get some money for a newspaper ad. A newspaper ad.
What a joke.

We think alike...
The first question I had when I saw the thread title was, “Why did the Obama people have the New York Times run this story?”
If it’s in the NY Times, it cannot be trusted. Hopefully there is a genuine journalist with some integrity who can figure out what, if anything, is really going on here.

Do you think ANY of these socialists is possibly beginning to say “Oh, crap”? Remember when Zero came out of that White House national security briefing and it looked like he’d seen a ghost? Maybe these guys are seeing those kinds of numbers?

The sight of several MILLION angry Americans descending on D.C. on Independence Day would have a salutary effect on the elites inhabiting the capital. Tens of thousands on April 15 didn’t have the desired effect because the msm refused to cover the scattered crowds, and they could ignore them.
However, one massive, seething army of taxpayers that would dwarf any demonstration of the War in Vietnam or MLK’s civil rights campaign would force the worthless media to have to rethink their doctrine that only the Left can mobilize, because the Right is too busy or too lazy to protest.
To: SaveTheChief
My guess would be that some of the staff is hopelessly naive and wants to do what is actually good for the country in spite of their political motivations. I guess we will find out soon if the
"never let a perfectly good disaster go unexploited" crowd comes out on top.
Considering BO is probably in the latter camp the good guys will be on the outs.
To: jessduntno
yah, but keep in mind Jefferson---not Adams or Washington---authorized his Treas. Sec. to develop the biggest spending "internal improvements" bill ever, equal then to the entire amount of the Federal budget---and only Congress stopped him.
Like any president, TJ was "small government" when it suited him, and "big government" when it paid for votes. Absolute and per capita federal spending rose under TJ.

MO threw her own chief of staff under the bus before she left for Paris, somehow I think she is the one who calls the shots inside the WH.
