Exactly what I thought, and figured a while ago when Hawaii locked Obama's Birth records. There must be something on there that has to be kept hidden for some reason. When he was asked to produce a Birth Certificate, he must have contacted the state and received the new "adjusted" type.
Still, I wonder...why is his race described as "African," as African is not a race. Black is a race, such as White is a race. And, Obama is not of African heritage but Arabic heritage and they lived in Africa.
This whole issue is clouded in a fog, on purpose, evidently, and maybe not (initially) for any political reason but something that was embarassing to the family. I think the grandparent's had some reason to have this fraud done long ago, and maybe Obama never knew really what his heritage was until he started investigating. Or maybe his mother became pregnant before his father was divorced from his previous wife. Who knows...but, perhaps that is why he hates White people so much. His white mother had some secret and then left him, his white grandparents hid the secret and lied to him. Could make a child a bit paranoid.

Obama’s ORIGINAL birth records have been sealed by the state of Hawaii. This “Certification of Live Birth” discussed in the article is not a substitute for the original birth certificate which they have on file and are sealed.

This is where the issue of passports, college records, etc. come into play. As I understand it, the only documents that have been released besides the COB are his Indonesian Elementary School Registration form and a questionable draft registration card....

A “certification of live birth” can include births which were subsequently registered in the state of Hawaii for infants up to 1 year of age (a policy which was available in Hawaii up until 1982).
Okubu has never, in any form, ever stated that whatever Obama has SEALED on file in Hawaii would fullfill the definition of a “natural born citizen” as defined by our constitution.

And that, I would say, is the crux of the problem (in terms of this particular discussion and thread) — in that they used the word “all”...
My understanding of the word “all” would be that it includes the office of President of the United States, too.

Just release the document which is sealed, and on file with the state of Hawaii that simply shows the name and location of the Hospital.
Every other state issues birth certificates with this detail if requested. So does Hawaii, and whoever wrote this article completely glossed over these vital details.

I’m just trying to find out where that statement by the official from the State of Hawaii is wrong. Either it does apply to “all” or it doesn’t.
And if it doesn’t apply to “all” federal requirements, then that state official needs to be “called on the carpet” and he needs to change his statement. If he doesn’t change his statement, then that obviously means that he’s right.
I would like to find out which way it’s going to go.
Let me know when he changes his official statement for the State of Hawaii...
