The original reports I read said the killer had an assault weapon. None of the weapons listed in this article is an assault weapon.

Look at the news in Philly, DC, Chicago, etc—if they have a known suspect on the run for rape, murder, bank robbery—they nearly always show a mug shot of the guy.
How can they have a mug shot when they haven’t caught the guy yet? Because almost every one of these folks has an arrest record long as his arm......
I am not sure what gun laws he is supposed to have broken in the previous case. In most states it is not illegal to have two shotguns in your car, or to sell them to another individual.
