It was probably THE most conservative state up until 1985 or so. Then all the Massachusetts parasites moved just across the border and ruined everything.
The Massholes are a problem, but by no means the worst of them. No, it’s the other flatlanders like those from CT, NY, and NJ, with the overflow from VT going into Keene and other western NH towns that are far worse.
