I’m paying like a grand to live next to gang members.

I pay $900 for a 3,000 s.f. house on an acre and a half, right next to a lake. Can't even hear traffic from here.

'course, I live in North Texas...

Oh, Yeah. That is pricey for a one bedroom in C-Town. My brother has a nice 1 bedroom 22X12 living room 12X12 Kitchen 14X 12 bedroom and nice bath. Self contained small building in my neighborhood, centrl air well kept, and a garage space, $510 mo. $490 without garage.
