i am not a smoker...but imho i believe where it is almost illegal to smoke anywhere then we just need to stamp out smoking altogether and make it against the law...right now they want it both ways...make it a crime to smoke anywhere and get caught and fined and keep smoking legal so they can collect the taxes....if someone wants to smoke outdoors what is the problem...??...
You wouldn't want to be around the day that a "no tobacco" law went into effect. Can you imagine millions of people in nicotine withdrawal all at exactly the same time?
