Then we are well and truly screwed. This isn't a National 55 speed limit deal, this isn't unfunded mandates, this isn't some new education program being foisted off on the States...

This is malfeasance of a whole 'nuther order.

The States can sit around and pass all the non-binding resolutions it wants. I notice that not a single one of them has actually DONE anything to stop the growth of the FedGov. Not one cent in tax money withheld, not one gun owner railroaded on asinine BATFE regs let out of jail, not one Federal toady run out of State on a rail, not one Senator or Representative recalled from Congress...

It's all just a big red cape waved in front of the public bull. A bit of theater to keep the lid on the frog pot.

The state sovereignty movement is a ping pong match.
The first resolutions are the right first step,
then, when the fedgov ignores them, the legislatures must be pressured to do something about it.

ping, pong, ping, pong...eventually it becomes “bang”.
