Not any more - Calypso Louie sort of reconciled them, although there are still a lot of freelance offshoots (like the nutbags in NYC who dress up in what they believe are “Ethiopian” clothes and scream anti-Semitic slogans on 34th Street). Many of the jailhouse converts pass through these things and then belong to a bigger mosque when they get out. This guy, Bledsoe, actually studied in Yemen and recently got back from there.
Unless they have dropped the flying saucer bit and some of their other eccentricities, they are still a cult of Islam.
