That said, I believe the crooked politicians and lawyers who took Tiller's bribes and allowed him to stay in “business” are partly responsible for his death. If they had put him out of his horrible business like the should have, he'd be alive.

True perhaps, though my first thought was that this might act as a deterrent to others who would do as Tiller did - if they think they could be next.
Otherwise his death will have been in vain.
