Any Pubbie who votes her out of Judiciary committee should lose their should lose their spot on that committee immediately. Problem is that the Republican leadership doesn't have the guts to do that.

What is funny is that this is the “easy” nomination. The President picked her because he thought everyone would accept her as in his mind she is not a big time liberal. I can only imagine what he will pick next time around.
