The last occasion was on 24 August 1782 against Scottish spy David Tyrie in Portsmouth for carrying on a treasonable correspondence with the French (using information passed to him from officials high in the British government).

All of the extra ceremonies occurred after Tyrie was already dead. You can google it.

Wasn’t sure about the last such execution, IMHO it was still on the books until Victoria. Thanks for the Info.
