Did anyone here know about this intelligence agency? For all I know he reviews images of rat sphincters from satellites. I’m sure he thinks it’s important. It really just goes to show that our government is so big that no one can keep track of it.

I’ve heard of it before, though nothing really specific.
Hm, the transcript could be read two different ways; one where Obama talks over the guy after asking what the agency does, and one where he does not... I wonder which is more accurate.
I happen to agree with your sentiment, I am sure that this department does worth while work, but I have never heard of them either.
