Saying BOR is an “elitest gasbag” is an observation, not name calling. It happens to be an accurate description of the man.
Frankly, I can’t for the life of me understand why anyone - be they left leaning or right leaning - would listen to the blowhard. (again, a description based on observation, not name calling)
I tried numerous times to listen to BOR, but just couldn’t stand it. He is positively boring and infuriating at the same time and I didn’t think that was even possible.
The real damage caused by Mr. Blowhard O. Gasbag (yes that IS name calling) is that the leftist media successfully holds him up as a typical example of a conservative, which he of course is not. He is a useful idiot for the left as he is easily used by them for propaganda purposes.
And just in case BOR happens upon this: Listen up you self important puffed up bag of wind - this is MY opinion and Jim Robinson isn’t responsible for it.

O’Reilly is trying to play both ends against the middle to maximize his viewing audience.

This means something.

Commissar B.O. in the White house and Gasbag B.O. on Fox.
The principal differences between them (1) skin color, (2) about 4 hair strands!
To: kristinn
And still, people watch Fox “news” religiously. Wake up. It’s tabloid trash.

A regular gasbag is someone who defends an elitist gasbag.

No the problem are those on the right here on this site and elsewhere that talk about how the tactics of the left are wrong and they should act better, but these same conservatives that denounce the tactics of the left go around and pull the same tactics in the name of conservatism. If they are going to be holier then though and decry the tactics of the opposing group then they should ‘t be pulling the same tactics themselves.

The miserable POS also told the world that US troops massacred Germans at Malmedy — yes, he is that stupid.

“FR covers the news; and BO covers body language and Bill's latest books and interests. “
I forgot about those body language segments. I'm sure there's something to body language. It can be used as a clue, as to how well you are interacting with someone, but O’Reilly acts like it's the answer to everything. It just doesn't belong on a news channel, anymore than the Dallas cheerleader segments.
I like Neil Cavuto's program, a lot more than O'Reilly. He's not as entertaining as Glenn Beck, but he also has a lot of newsworthy segments on his show.

“Please, please, please, OH God, please make them stop putting the mindless robots on Fox News. Please have them pick out some conservatives or liberals NOT ASSOCIATED with the parties, not Dem consultants, and not Fox associates, and let us hear what truly thoughtful people have to say.”
Paging Pat Cadell. He’s always speaking his mind and let’s the chips fall. I like that. And Kirsten Powers has also been that way to a more limited extent.

Beck, Hannity, and Special Report are great shows.
To: mewzilla
I think it is time for Mr. Beck to go prime time.

Okay, I'm trying not to step in this, but have you ever been to Daily Kos or DU? I can't get through the F Bombs long enough to figure out what their point is. You think "elitist gasbag" even compares? And no, I'm not going to correct your spelling.
