Tragic how “Just Kill It” has become the accepted norm in society (esp. Canada).
very ghoulish.
I've never understood it either.
I believe that every soul that comes to earth has a purpose. Clearly that child served theirs.
Always glad to help a Catholic :>)
There are some great moms out there for sure.
My father was stillborn in 1933 and was saved by the doctor. He was named after that doctor as was I.
What a good brave young mother. She wil always treasure those 93 days with Faith. And taught medical science some things they did not know about quality of life possible for such babies.
LOL Catholic that went Baptist then ended up back Catholic.
It’s all good. : )
When my daughter was pregnant she was high risk and there was concern about Down’s syndrome.
So she and I and my son in law went to get a sonogram. The clinic was pushing them to get other tests done especially amneosentisis. Now it is risky to take fluid from the mother to test for Down’s. They kept saying we can do the test and then let you know in two weeks or so and you can make a decision then.
My question to my daughter and son in law was: If he has Down’s are you planning to abort him?
Of course not, they said, this is our baby.
Then don’t get the test. You don’t need it. It’s risky.
The clinic wasn’t happy because they weren’t going to make any money but, we were so lucky because he was born perfect.
I cannot believe the people who get amneosentisis done just because they are so pushed into it.
You and your father were named packrat???
God bless you little Faith. You are in His loving hands now. You have enriched the lives of everyone around you.
God bless you, Myah Walker, for Making the world a brighter place with your love and for giving us 93 wonderful days with your beautiful child.
The entire world is a better place for having little Faith in it.
I’m so thankful this young mother was blessed by and with, Faith. Her life is changed forever. I encourage each FReeper to read the blog about Faith. It’s lovely.
I think I will go home now and kiss my 39 day old...
The opposite of unconditional love is planned parenthood.
Not quite!
What a testimony for life, and what a brave, strong young woman Myah is.
God bless her, and heal her heart.
Thank you both for the post and ping.
Amazing isnt it that Medical folks are always ready to give your health issues worse case scenerio but they dont always fill you in on all the side effects of the procedures they want do.
That would make a fantastic billboard or tagline!
“I guess some people are baffled by unconditional love.
Yes, they are. And I’m baffled by them being baffled. It seems simple enough. I don’t see how they could be so confused.
