California already gives every right and privilege IT (as a state) possibly can give to civil-union couples, EXCEPT the term “Marriage.”

In California, at least (unlike Florida, Arkansas, etc.), this fight is ALL about nomenclature.

...good point....also many other states do likewise...it’s called the Domestic Pardners Act...but that’s not good enough for angry queers....they want us to APPROVE of them and their lifestyle....APPROVAL is what their indignation is all about.
