What businesses don’t give 1 week paid vacation after 1 year of employment? What businesses don’t give paid holidays after 90 days? I’ve never worked for one.I am a consultant. Who is going to pay my vacation?
I get (unpaid) days off, but haven't had a paid vacation since 1982.

I’m an independent contractor as well. What are they going to do make me take an extra paycheck each year along with holiday pay? Where is that money supposed to come from?
