Of course North Korea will pay a price. Obama is sending his strongly worded letter postage due. That will show those mean old commies not to mess with THE ONE.

Well, yes. Until the NK acts, Obama was going to have a kissy face photo op with Kim, like the Chavez one. Also, Obama was going to apologize for US agression in the Korean war.
Now, it will be an arm’s length handshake and he will only apologize for “bad judgment.”
