No doubt. The Senate Republicans can't really do jack about it -- they can't filibuster, not after all these years of demanding A Quick Up Or Down Vote[tm] on GOP nominees....
Actually they can and should. (Of course the two RINOs from Maine will not support a filibuster, so it is a moot point.)
