LOL! I got it from tinypic. I don't know who did it. Tinypic is a great site for political cartoon. They have literally volumes of different images on all sorts of political figures.
Check it out if you ever need to attach a gif or anything to a post. They generate the necessary HTML so all you need to do is cut and paste.
