As such this demonstrates the dangers of an embedded political class. What concerns me is that our current turn-coat, Senator Specter, demonstrates the self-evident importance of being re-elected to the experienced politico. TERM LIMITS for everybody, no permanent office holders PLEASE!

This lady is one dumbass Tory. She should have really kept her mouth shut. She’s brought a lot of shame on her party.
David Cameron is going to have to take a very hard line against any Tory involved in the scandal, and unceremoniously kick them out of the party. The Conservatives cannot afford to be seen as equally corrupt to Labour. It would do them some good for Cameron to demonstrate his intention of cleaning up Parliament by starting with his own party.
Otherwise, fringe parties will be able to seize on the scandal across the spectrum. This is the moment Communists, fascists, and other radical leftist wait their whole lives for. Cameron better nip it in the bud.

Yeah, and she should. But that doesn’t address the problem of a Tory who got caught up in Labour’s expenses scandal still being in the party and drawing attention to herself by turning it into MPs vs. the Public. She needs to be kicked out of the party.
