to bad the dam feds including jorge el busho did nothing to stop illegals from entering the nation (mainly californazia) part of californazias problem is the feds allowing for decade teh scum from mexico to leech off us.
we voted to eliminate all illegal alien hand outs, or dam A-hole supreme court threw that law out aginst the will of the voters.
most californians tried to do something about the illegals leeching off us, the courts and the feds failed us, dam jorge el Busho for all his love of mexicans.
In what sense can't they manage them? If some students present disciplinary problems, can't they simply be sent to the principal's office?

Thats never going to happen.The ACLU will immediately take that to court because the state is failing to care for its impoverished citizens.Want to bet how long this gets thrown back at Arnold?
