Time to light up the Capitol phones and switchboard folks while we still have electricity. Pretty soon we're going to be calling our Congresscritters on strings with cans on each end. This is madness, bordering on fricking communism. If this crap passes we're all going to be out on the streets because who in the Hell can afford an extra thousand dollars a month for energy? I live here in Northern WI do you know how cold it gets up here? There's frost advisories still even right now for God's sakes.

I don't think these innumerate idiots in Washington know or care much about the economic effect that this disaster of a bill will have.
I just wish that the press weren't so incredibly dense. The headlines here should be something like "House votes to raise your electric bill by $500 per month", which would actually tell the average American something that he needs to know about this incredibly stupid idea.
