A Texas woman wasn't planning on two conceptions for the record books.

But that's what she got — along with two beautiful boys —when she gave birth to twins of different fathers nearly a year ago.

Hate to be the caboose on that train. Come to think of it, I would even hate to be the engineer.

She must have ovulated again after becoming pregnant the first time. Technically one kid would be premature.
Or, in a RARE case when a woman ovulates producing more than one egg, one was a day (or hour, who knows) slower descending than the other.

Quite similar. It almost amazes me how such women stoop to such animialistic behavior (or worse).

That is sad. It wasn’t that long ago that larger families were common — and the involvement of different fathers was rare.

Actually, most twins are FRATERNAL (heterozygotic - i.e., two separate ova released simultaneously, fertilized nearly simultaneously - usually, though not invariably, by the same father), not IDENTICAL (i.e., monozygotic).

It would be MUCH, MUCH rarer for a woman to ovulate again after having already become pregnant.

Regards,

No matter how you look at it, it is evidence of filthy, slutty behavior- A 'woman' having unprotected sex with multiple partners- very often.

A prime example of a multiple disease spreading whore. If anyone gets aids from this slut, she should be charged and tossed in prison for attempted murder.

Mind you the guys who nailed this disease bag were no better. Yeach! Filthy people.

Not that rare, it happens. Most likely this woman dropped both eggs within hours of each other. She was probably the slut passed around all evening at a party. The whole fraternity was probably scratching and picking off crabs the next day.

Yes - I had twins in 02 and one never developed properly and died a few mintes after birth. His kidneys and lungs didn’t develop properly. My doctor, at 20 weeks, said I could abort just the one, but he knew I would never ever do such a thing.

It is an option - women with multiple pregnancies from invetro do this all the time. It’s “easier” on the mom to kill off a few when you are expecting 4, 5 or 6 babies. Sick world....

Unless she was doing two at once of course. But that would require very fine timing, and is even more disgusting to contemplate than sloppy seconds...

It was more frustrating when it is pointed out that my fourth child looks a little different than his brothers. Never figuring that his brothers look like their dad and he looks like my side of the family. Except for the hair color he looks just like his grandpa as a little boy.

This raises some interesting questions about Cain and Able, and all that talk about seeds.

Well, there are 3.89 liters in a gallon (4 quarts).

And every newborn I've ever seen is at LEAST a liter in volume... closer to two liters.

They aren’t twins if they have different fathers, they are half-siblings.

THANK YOU! Finally someone pointing this out after slogging through posts on three different messageboard sites.
