Good stories and I see the point you’re making....

but....

...the point I’m making is not about the legitimacy of our response in the eyes of the world or in the eyes of Socialist Rats, it’s about removing the prosecution of the war (against these Muslim terrorists) from the grasp of the ACLU.

that’s the legacy we’re dealing with now, even with events this very day, today.

Frankly I believe all Gitmo “detainees” should be shot or hung under military law. They should have been years ago, after they’d been waterboarded for information.

I’m not dismissing anything that’s realistic. Fact is that these animals aren’t going to be in American prisons anyway. If they did they would be in solitary confinement or they would die violent deaths.

Eventually we'll have a sufficient majority recognizing the part the ACLU has played in "aiding the enemy"and appropriate action (sound of a trap door swinging away, and the thud of a body at the end of a rope) will be taken.

but in prison there is the “movement” of black muslims to convert their jailhouse pals and it is quite extensive.
i think they believe it’s fun to get down on their knees and kowtow to something and they have absolutely no idea what they are repeating but it sure makes them look pious.
I ran into someone a few years back with this story. He was totally brainwashed and it was a form of ideological conversion for him while he was in jail and it offered him some sort of jailhouse protection in some way other than getting beat up or sodomized ( btw, he’s no friend of mine , just a friend of an acquaintance- i don’t hang w/criminals)

You and I had a discussion here the other day.  We were not finding any common ground on the issue of the treatment of terrorists or Islamic adherents in our prisons, by other inmates.

We were also addressing the issue of recruiting new adherents to Islam and terrorism from within prisons, and the threat that presented.

Please consider this thread and the Michelle Malkin article it is focused on.

You will note, there isn't any mention of Islamic adherents or potential terrorists being harmed inside our prisons.

You will also note a confirmation of the basis for my concern.

It does however seem to state that there isn't much recruiting going on.  I'm not sure that I agree with that.

The recent arrest of four Islamic ex prison inmates, is a troubling example of what I was referring to.

This article also pegs the figure of those claiming to be Islamic acherents inside our prisons at 5 to 6%.

In truth, I thought it migth be about 1 to 2%, so this was surprising to me.

The one Muslim Clerik that goes to prison as a chaplain, said he wasn't aware of the any of the four men mentioned above, even though they were in the prison where he visists.

This leads me to wonder how accurate the perception advanced here, that recruitment isn't a problem.

The article does state that in Britain, it is a well recognized problem.

Convicting them.

Once they get to our shores they automatically get rights that will make it almost impossible to convict them.
Even if one of them ‘confessed’ while in Gitmo it will be thrown out of court. Then what?
