At least three appear to be radicalized recent converts to Islamconfidential to DiFi: that's why you don't want to house those malignant stains on humanity in the penal system; don't give them access to a base of raw material. Might as well give them the Stingers if you are going to follow your plan - at least you have the opportunity to ensure the missiles are inert. What about the human missiles?
