yep, unfortunately the district line were changed since Baker had it. A bit more DEMocratic now.

Dellums never represented this district - give the residents there SOME credit. :-)
Dellums represented the Oakland/East bay ghetto and guilty white liberal/nazi Berkeley district. The 10th district I believe was created in the 1991 redistricting and did not exist prior to that.
