Heck, I would give repeat rapists the death penalty as well.’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’ Yeah, but we could give them life after a bout with a large cigar cutter? (Or a special small guillotine) But that only takes care of the men. How do we deal with these female teachers that prey on their students? Especially the ones we here seem to judge “not guilty”? ;^)
