Good to hear. This could be a solid legal precedent in this ongoing witch hunt into the Bush administration on this alleged “torture”. Maybe this decision could even short circuit those efforts, because here’s a decision in a similar legal case.

I don’t even have to look and see which individual justices made up the 5 vote majority do I? Or be surprised at which four made up the minority?

Seeing a sensible decision come down in our current justice system doesn’t encourage me anymore. Even a broken clock is right twice a day. Fix the danged clock already.

The decision is unbelievable. Four justices sided with the enemies of this country. The enemy is at the gate. We are just one aging justice away from the collapse of the gate.
