The Obama - Netanyahu Summit

Some international summits have a way of arousing heated speculation about dramatic breakthroughs (or breakdowns) but often deliver more prosaic results. This is apt to be the outcome of Monday's White House meeting between President Obama and Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu -- their first since they won their respective national leadership posts.

For weeks, mainstream media have been pushing dire scenarios of presumed differences over Palestinian statehood and other issues apt to create a major confrontation. But in advance of the summit, each side seems to be opting for a less cataclysmic script.

White House officials, feeding reporters material for summit-eve articles, are stressing that Obama is not looking for a fight and will not show his cards until after he engages in similar one-on-one get-togethers with Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas and Egyptian President Mubarak in coming weeks.

On the Israeli side, the word is that Netanyahu is ready to palliate Obama with assurances that removal of illegal outposts will be accelerated and that there will be no new settlements built on his watch -- as was the case when Bibi was prime minister a decade ago.

So what about the expected breach over Palestinian statehood and the two-state solution?

The buzz coming from both sides is that some common ground may be found in reviving George W. Bush's "road map," which envisages an eventual Palestinian state, but only after reciprocal, step-by-step confidence-building measures, including complete dismantling of Palestinian terror groups,

What would be a refreshing approach to such nonsense would be for Netanyahu to look 0bama in his satanic eyes and tell him that America does not dictate to Israel or any other nation how their national borders are to be drawn, nor does the United States have the right to demand that Israel negotiate with, and make concessions to, terrorists, be they terrorists hiding among innocent civilians while plotting their murderous acts, or terrorists who happen to be the puppets of mullahs leading a rogue regime calling for the extermination of Israel.

Some fools and useful idiots (some right here on FR) would say that we all should “Pray for 0bama” and other useless claptrap when the sheer evil of the sonuvabitch has been demonstrated time and again, and 0bama’s own antipathy towards Israel has been well proven.

I say pray for God’s Nation and His People (Israel) and if that means the Almighty incinerates the Kenyan Usurper with an armageddon-sized lightning bolt, all the better.

Israel is on it’s own, Netanyahu needs to not only understand that America’s illegal 0bamunist regime is NOT it’s friend, but is in fact it’s adversary.

That there is no need to further discuss a Palestinian state until the Pali's hold up their end of the US wish list (the Road Map to peace), because there is no way on God's green earth that the Pali's can or will do that. Ummmm..., the Palestinians already have more of the land of Israel than just the Gaza Strip. There are major portions of the so-called West Bank (Judea and Samaria) that the Palestinians have now.

The coming two-state solution will include Judea, Samaria and the Gaza Strip, as that’s where the Palestinians are, and the Israelis sure don’t want them (in “Israel”) so that’s why the Palestinians are going to get the land for themselves.

The irony is that I've been banned from one deluded Freeper's "Prayer Thread" for 0bama that gets posted all the damn time to the point of nausea, they (like a few other well-intentioned but misguided souls) start off with a "Pray for our Nation" and THEN: add that "and 0bama" garbage, which is the exact same kind of fascist-minded crap the Nazis pulled in Germany when they sought to merge the images of the German nation with that of der Fuehrer, i.e. "who wouldn't want to pray for der Fuehrer, who wants only the very BEST for the German people?!?"

In another amusing episode, I attempted to begin a "Pray for Satan" thread with the sub plot of "Why Pray for 0bama? Cut out the Middleman and Pray directly for the Devil!", and I was informed that such a prayer thread was 'mocking' another Freeper and not to repost my satirical offerings.

You see my FRiend, there is a creeping incrementalism even here on FR to not only acknowledge and accept the Kenyan Usurper as being the legitimate elected leader of this Nation (he is NOT!), but to offer prayers, support, kind words, 'understanding', when the SOB is doing all that he can to destroy what is left of our Republic, defames and disgraces all that is Holy (see: Notre Dame), and still we hear that whining chorus "ohhhhh let's pray for 0bama, we're supposed to pray for him if we're really Christians"

That same mentality is what empowered evil too many times throughout our history and is being replayed right here now in our backyards.

I would like to see FR just issue a general statement to Freepers and the public in general that says "NO, we're NOT going to pray for that Communistic POS illegally occupying the White House. We're not going to pray for his 'success' because praying for his success means praying for the final nail in the coffin of this American Republic. We're not going to 'pray' for someone who has more blood on his hands than King Herod, who advocates the murder of the innocent under any and all conditions, and by his own standards, should have been aborted himself, in order that his mother might not have been 'punished' with a pregnancy."

They’re going along with the two-state solution because the alternative of the “one-state solution” would be almost immediate “national suicide” for Israel (and they know it). So, they are forced to adhere to a two-state solution. That’s why it will happen.

On November 5, 2008, I self admitted here on FR my severe handicap on a prayer thread. I could and would pray for my country, which I do, but I couldn’t even vocally say a prayer for Obama.At first, I thought it due to the shock of realizing the damage Obama would do to America, and the betrayal of the GOP and McCain in allowing this poser to succeed when so much was at stake.

But, the shock wore off. My opposition to all things Hussein did not.

Obama is, and has proven to be, the enemy of all things American.

I have gotten older and hopefully wiser over the years.

I can’t mince words or be silent anymore, not when the future of my country, my posterity, and other’s people’s posterity is so plainly put in jeopardy by this Marxist closet Muslim and the worst crop of political leaders in DC since, oh, maybe 1789.

I’m a church going Christian for almost 40 adult years, and I am trying awfully hard to follow the Master’s commands.

But Zero represents an authority he stole, not earned, and he needs to be opposed, because he stands in opposition to everything the Master stands for.

If I am wrong, so be it. God will have to shed more of His magnificent grace on me.

I continue to pray that He will continue to shed His mercy and grace on the country I love, on Israel, and all who love Him.
