Maybe they are just letting her hang herself, and saving their ammo for when it counts. Maybe. I’d love to see a true grassroots conservative movement sweep this country in ‘10. But I live in California, where conservative leadership is as rare as the elusive bongo.

You are correct in a lot of ways. However, maybe it’s just the cynic in me but I really feel like nothing will come of this.
I’m just fed up with all this corruption and just over all bullsh*t. These people are elcted to help us and not line their damn pockets. Nothing ever happens to them and if it does. They just get a slap on the wrist. This has got to be the most corrupt Congress in history. I’m not saying the Repubs were saints. But give me a damn break people! I see these people get away this and it’s awe inspiring, it really is.
It wasn’t until 2000 I really got “politcally aware” and I always thought that regardless of what ever side of the aisle you sit on. These elected officials were their for us, the PEOPLE. I see all of this crap that’s going and I don’t think that way, at all anymore. I just think that’s sad.
oh well, all I can do is vote and hope for the best...
