The White House press briefing this afternoon has been contentious, with some major give-and-take between CNN's Ed Henry, ABC's Jake Tapper and other correspondents as they pressed press secretary Robert Gibbs over the decision today by Pres. Obama not to release detainee abuse photos.

I think the press core are starting to realize that Gibbs is an empty suit who works for an empty suit.
Watch the video its funny when CBS' Bill Plante just up and walks out on Gibbs when he tries to take the phone.

I want to see a reporter ask Gibbs to cite the constitutional authority for any of Obama’s initiatives.

Zero must feel confident knowing he has such a stalwart defender of his anti-American/socialist policies at the mike. /s

It’s turned into a free-for-all at the White House! The last shred of respect for the office is gone.

That whole scene was a hoot.
The reporter walking out could not have dissed Gibbs and Zero the Nero any better.
Very entertaining.

With all the empty suits up there we ought to have a clothing sale. With the proceeds, and the Democrats paying their back taxes, we should be able to retire the national debt.

I have absolutely no sympathy for the jon stewart MSM official campaign arm of the DNC. IF Bama can take over the auto industry he can take over these twits... and toss their cell phones.. this is their guy and I ‘hope’ they get chewed up and spit out.

Am I being paranoid in thinking the White House had people call these reporters in order to interrupt a briefing that wasn’t going well for Gibbs.

New rule: no cell phones at the briefings. Watch!

That was my thought, too. Questions turn sharp at the briefing, just start calling reporters away...

It was funny, but it was also a typical Zero love fest by the alleged “press”.

Fools!!! Press briefings are “Obama Time”. No interruptions except for adoring praise and love for Dear leader!

The thing is I'll bet that even if the White House Press Corps knew this was being done to them, they would nevertheless maintain liberal omerta on the subject.
It is actually kind of humorous because what our modern liberal media now does best is to NOT report the facts
To: Mad Dawgg
Who was Gibbs to take the phone without due process of law? This is a White House run amock! < /sarc >

Chris Matthews refuses to set his cellphone on vibrate. He already feels a tingle in his leg when he visits the Obama White House.
