Guess that they are not hurting for revenue as bad as some... That is the only choice - we know that politicians will always vote for more money if given the choice...
That oilpatch and coal country. Doubt if thay could get those worktrucks to stop anyway.
Heh... Thought that was Kentucky for a moment there (very much coal country - oil, not so much). Well, maybe they thought better of it in that those caught could not pay anyway. That might be the only reason that politicians would turn down revenue cameras...
