I don’t know about the certainty of criminality. I don’t buy the liberal belief that a lack of resources = criminality. That’s an excuse. But moms who don’t marry are condemning their children to a probabilistic certainty of a life of poverty.
Not lack of resources, absence of a father - that’s what has a HIGH correlation to criminality.
