This treatment by TSA is no different than the treatment my wife and I have gotten from social workers that took our grandchildren from their parents.
Govt workers are not accountable to anyone. There’s a special place reserved in hell for them. And an even worse place in hell for those politicians that thwart this hell-on-earth on the citizenry.

It is a plane ride, a commercial transaction. If you bought tickets for a concert, and they decided to lock the doors of the stadium and tell everyone they’d have to stand around for a few hours, and give no explaination, somehow I think that people would not accept this.
But somehow, because it’s a plane, rather than simply say ‘your ticket’s cancelled, get off the plane’ you have police powers, arrest, detention, all because of a reasonable inquiry into a multi-hour delay.
The TSA was a bad idea from the start, and it’s time to get the government out of private enterprise.
