HARRY KNOX who works for the fraud in the WH should head up the Gay Religion Department here on this one. I literally became ill when I read about him. I had to go back & lie down, i really mean that.
He is one militant gay of the highest order.

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, a recent Catholic convert, said the Knox appointment is part of Obama’s “intensely secular” and “anti-religious” agenda.

“Why would you put an anti-religious, left-wing zealot on a faith-based council?” Gingrich asked on Fox News last week. “It’s a perfect pattern for this administration.”

That set off Newt Gingrich’s sister, Candace Gingrich, a homosexual rights activist who defended Knox in an op-ed on the Huffington Post. “I don’t take kindly to bullies,” she told her brother.

Candace Gingrich

Newt, you’ve really gone beyond the pale this time.

Earlier this week, as a guest on Greta Van Susteren’s show on the Fox News Channel, my brother referred to Harry Knox as “an anti-religious, left-wing zealot.” Newt was responding to Harry’s recent appointment to President Obama’s Advisory Council on Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships.

I know Harry Knox. We work together at the Human Rights Campaign, where Harry serves as director of the Religion and Faith Program. He is a person of great wisdom who deserves his appointment.

He is also someone I am honored to call a dear friend. When my brother Newt attacks Harry, he’s attacking me. And I don’t take too kindly to bullies.

Right-wing voices like my brother’s use faith to manipulate people into voting against their interests by scapegoating the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community.

Come on, Newt—get with the program. We’re not so bad!

I don’t think my brother is the intolerant talking head he plays on television. Rather, he’s just using old, outmoded tactics in a desperate attempt to bring his party back from the dead. He is parroting the old canard that LGBT people cannot be people of faith. Ergo, people of faith cannot be supportive of LGBT people. If I may repeat myself, that is so 90s, bro.

But it isn’t the 90s anymore—far from it. Newt doesn’t realize he’s already lost, because the next generation won’t fall for the rhetoric that once was effective for the right-wing.

And, by the way, Harry’s comments about the Pope that have been so vilified by right-wingers, including my brother, were spot on. It is preposterous to say that condoms worsen the spread of AIDS. What next, telling followers that French-kissing can make you pregnant? That masturbating will make you go blind?

Advisory Council on Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships is one Harry Knox of the Human Rights Campaign, a militant homosexual activist group.

Knox has demonstrated his qualifications for the job by denouncing the Pope and many Catholic bishops as “discredited leaders” because they have chosen to favor scripture over the homosexual social engineering agenda.

He called the Knights of Columbus “foot soldiers of a discredited army of oppression” for supporting California’s Proposition 8, which bans the blasphemous travesty of homosexual “marriage.”

He also accused the Pope of lying for recommending abstinence over condoms in stopping the spread of AIDS and of “doing a great deal more harm than good.”

In response to his appointment, Knox declared:

“The lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community is eager to help the Administration achieve its goals … And, of course, we will support the President in living up to his promise that government has no place in funding bigotry against any group of people.”

Two years ago during an appearance on MSNBC, Knox argued that scientific evidence supports the notion that certain people are born homosexuals. “What’s clear from our experience and from science is that being gay or lesbian is an immutable, unchangeable gift from God — one for which I’m very grateful,” he said. According to the HRC website, Knox is a former licensed pastor of a United Methodist Church in Georgia, and was denied ordination because of his sexual orientation.

Tolerance is either a two way street, or it becomes a street no-one will choose to travel.

The destruction of moral conviction (religious belief) in American society is the exact same thing as the destruction of America itself.

If anyone actually questions whether America was founded as a Christian nation, they need look no further than this simple truth. Take away the religious underpinnings of this once-Great Nation, and watch how quickly she crumbles into decay, and is laid waste.

Our forfathers told us that The U.S. Constitution is only intended for a religious, moral people, and that it is entirely unfit to guide any other type of people, because:

"If a man will not obey God's own Law, how can he be expected to obey Man's Law?"

We needn't wait 20 or 40 years to see what the results of removing God from our public square, our public schools, our public discourse will be. The answer to that question sits this day in our White House. He and his Gay, Anti-Family, Anti-American cabal are already pulling the loose threads from the fabric of our society as fast and as furiously and as gleefully as they can.

We will either remove the loose strands from their grasp or watch the entire Nation unravel. 200-plus years of blood, shed as moral sacrifices to keep this nation free and strong and good, and we piss it away in 40 years. The greatest nation in the history of the World, which saved the entire World from tyrannical despots twice in the last cantury. This reality we confront today, of our own making, was pretty much officially kicked off by the "If it feels good, do it" '60's. How truly pathetic.

While these vile seeds were being sewn by Liberal Academia as far back as the 1920's, their openly accepted forms of public expression did not come into vogue until the Woodstock Generation. "I'd like to teach the world to sing, in perfect harmony." I'll just bet you would.

Answer me this, Mr. President:

If the constitution no longer matters (Birth Certificate?), and if the tax laws no longer matter (Geithner, Rangel, etc. etc. etc.?), and all that matters is everyone doing whatever we want because we feel we can, then who among us is truly safe? Why, in fact, should any of us even bother listening to whatever you have to say? How could it possibly matter?

Consider carefully your answer, as though the world itself hangs in the balance... for indeed it does.
