WASHINGTON, D.C., May 8, 2009 (LifeSiteNews.com) - President Obama's budget recommendations unveiled yesterday are being criticized by the National Right to Life Committee for recommending the re-introduction of taxpayer-funded abortion in Washington, D.C.
The White House submission urges the House and Senate to repeal a law known as the Dornan Amendment that prevents tax-funded abortion, except for cases of rape, incest, or threat to the mother's life, in the District of Columbia for several years.
Because Congress holds legislative authority over the District of Columbia, the district's budget must be appropriated by Congress through an annual appropriations bill. The White House called for the ban to be replaced with a requirement that would apply only to funds specifically contributed for federal program purposes.
"If Congress goes along with the Obama proposal, the predictable result will be tax funding of several thousand elective abortions annually, including roughly 1,000 abortions annually that would not otherwise occur," said Douglas Johnson, legislative director for the National Right to Life Committee (NRLC).

The fact that he has made total fools out of tens of millions of Americans (plus untold foreigners who seem to believe he is the greatest man ever to come out of America in their view), is very troubling.
All of this insane messaiah euphoria has never once, to my knowledge, been disowned by him; in other words, he apparently accepts it as if he believes there is some truth to it. Very disturbing.

Now, CERTAINLY, OThuga is, by all evidence, evil in his source and in his goals toward seducing into hell, entrapping toward death and destruction.
However, even Biden’s assertion, before the SElection, that OThuga would be seriously tested within 6 months, was not a bona fide prophecy. He was merely spouting plans of their oligarchy handlers and overlords.
“Prophecy” used in this context is not merely a foretelling . . . but is a foretelling spawned of super-natural means—either from hell or from Heaven.
OThuga is a shell—a hollow but deadly tin-man. He can only parrot what the teleprompter tells him to voice. He may be demonized and sold out to the king of hell. However, I see no evidence that the king of hell is incarnated wholesale within him.
Certainly the AC will be incarnated with the king of hell within. I believe that The False Prophet, like John The Baptist will be similarly yet differently, full of the spirit of hell from the git-go.
I realize that in a sense, OThuga is full of himself and thereby full of the pride of hell. Yet, I believe it’s a very significant difference of degree of evil.

In all probability if it had been legal back then he would have been.

You know I had this thought.
I’ll offer to allow myself to be water boarded (PC-speak for Tortured on the 0bamanation) for every baby they will allow me to save starting with the partial birth aborted children in the last trimester.
In fact I’d be willing to allow them Kieth Olberman to even film it on the steps of the Capital Building while its happening - and let him just imagine that I am actually taking the place of Rush so he can achieve the climax of his obsession.
I’d bet I could find one hell of allot of people also willing themselves to go thru this to save a baby’s life?
Then we can let America judge for themselves who the REAL Disciples of Torture in the country are.
I think you’d find some others to follow your path. But I wouldn’t encourage it - the baby has rights and they know it but choose to ignore it.
Evil does not/cannot agree w/goodness. Evil hates light. They would find a way so all that can’t/won’t happen. BO just upted the abortion parameters for those in DC at taxpaper’s expense. He didn’t have to do that - it just seems he can’t get enough of killing the unborn and he knows how we hate it.

During bible study in SS this morning we were talking about the Spirit of AntiChrist and the pastor said he didn’t know for sure if the AntiChrist was on earth yet, and I whispered loudly, we just elected him President. That evoked a bit of laughter. I hope the jerks who voted him in were there listening.
I feel he’s a precursor to the real thing. We can see how easily Americans have been deceived by this young, good looking, charismatic Muslim.
Every day there’s another reason to despise him. I, too, wonder if this isn’t God’s plan for judgement for America.

I never understood how this final act could play out; then I saw the ‘worship’ of BO by the media and Americans. I don’t think he’s good looking or charismatic. A Muslim, yes. Then they said he a wonderful communicator - um, oh, hmmm is what I heard. I truly don’t know what the attraction was. Then he needs a teleprompter - can you imagine if that were Bush! Then the absence of COLB, no school records or passport. I see now how not only close we are but how it can play out. Also, how he governs - certainly not with USA’s best interest. Truly, the con man of all con men. But not for some who are discerning enough to know evil when they see/hear it.
