Just watched today’s show, time delayed. Great interview with the ACORN ladies.
Not sure if it’s related to ACORN or not but our neighbor said that one of the census guys with a GPS was down our road marking the doors. We were away but he confronted the guy and asked him what the hell he was doing. He started to explain but the neighbor cut him off and said he knew all about what they were doing from the radio and ‘net and basically finish up what he was doing and get off his property.
Has anyone determined if these thousands of GPS toting folks are connected with ACORN? If now, where do they come from? This fellow appeared to be in his late 50s and was driving a fairly nice car.
There might be ACORN types involved. On another thread here at FR one FReeper said that this was a program started or proposed by the Bush Administration and that there were a number of FReepers doing some of this work for the Census.
