Let's go over a few things about the part time Hawaii congress. The only legislation they write is for increasing revenues or nonsense stuff like this. The current governor (R) will veto most of the bills, which will return for an override. Then the session is over and they all go home.

In the next session, a bill will be tabled declaring 'Work' a four letter word. It'll pass by the same majority.
