"I may not agree with what you say, but I will fight to the death for your right to say it" -Voltaire This famous quote is the basis for what is often heralded as our most fundamental inalienable right, and why so many Americans were offended when England's Home Secretary, Jacqui Smith (shown right), banned radio talk show host Michael Savage from travel to the misty isles.
Savage is well known for his provocative in your face style, frequently done as a sort of verbal assault on liberals, illegals and Islamic extremism. But, he has never advocated violence toward anyone. Sure, he's called those in his cross hairs, islamofacists, morons, race baiters, criminals and fools. He's mocked them relentlessly, but he has never crossed the line to threaten the welfare of anyone as far as I know.
Jacqui Smith's decision to ban Savage from travel to the UK will lump him in with known terrorists who have not only advocated violence, but have done it. Her actions give rise to hypocrisy as Islamic extremists within England frequently protest and advocate the overthrow of UK's government in favor of Sharia law as they call for the death of America.

Unfortunately, in Libworld, Dr. Savage is a criminal. His crime? He has committed truth.
Whether or not you are a fan of Michael Savage, this is very dangerous.

Voltaire never said it. And it looks like in Great Britain, Savage won’t either.
Too bad England didn’t take the stand years ago to ban the influx of immigrants from the Middle East, particularly Pakistan.
Now they have the distinction of having one of the Gitmo group living there- shipped there by NObama- and living in taxpayer paid for housing, with a taxpayer paid for welfare check.
Doncha think that Michael Savage is the least of their problems?????
With all due respect, Voltaire is certainly not the one who grants such rights.
Indeed, wasn't it Voltaire who claimed that he would destroy Christianity, and that in 100 years no copy of the Christian bible would exist except those collected as historical oddities?
This is not just an attack on Savage.
Have you forgotten already what the DHS has said about our returning service men and women. What about us Christians or the sweet gal who dared speak up that she believed that marriage should be between a man and a woman!!
Get real people, this is simply an attack on OUR RIGHT TO SPEAK!!!!!

Over 3 million U.S. citizens every year - and no sign of that slacking much. Will probably even increase this year - or so British tourism agencies are predicting - because of the fall of the £ against the $.
Ordinarily, this would be a good opportunity for both the president and the secretary of state to stand up for American citizens and condemn the stupid proclamation by the even stupider Smith.
But don’t hold your breath.
Then the suckers can go.

England has been lost, my friends, and we are next. For the Brits, it was Muslims throttling them with PC. For us, a Fascist dictator grabbing our country a bite at a time and stuffing them down his Satanic throat as fast as he can swallow while the legislators and court snatch our freedoms one by one and hand them to the homosexuals, pedaphiles, and Mexican invaders.
