Montana isn't very cold at all. Unless of course you are one who has lived in the warm southern states all your life- a tender foot.

Montana has the best of both worlds, mild winters, nice mountains, good hunting and nice summers. Buy a nice ranch at the foot of the mountains and you're in paradise, close to both mountains and sand.

I know, too cold for us. I’m a die hard Southerner. Have to have warmth and oceans or I’m miserable.

Thing about really cold places is that the people are experts at staying warm. I learned this visiting Norway one winter.

Anyway, don’t worry about the temp; live where your heart is.
