They can’t produce the photos because there are none. I think you've hit on the truth. This wasn't for photos - it was a joy ride for someone, apparently. The audacity of arrogance of these people. Seems like every African country freed from colonial rule ends up with a tin pot dictator and I guess BO figures this is his due.
