The same Homeland Security Department office that categorized veterans as potential terrorists issued an earlier report that defined dozens of "extremists" ranging from black power activists to abortion foes. The report was nixed within hours and recalled from state and local law enforcement officials.
Whites and blacks, Christians and Jews, Cubans and Mexicans, along with tax-hating Americans were among several political leanings listed in the "Domestic Extremism Lexicon" that came out of the Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A) in late March.
The lexicon lists definitions for key terms and phrases used by Homeland Security analysts "that addresses the nature and scope of the threat that domestic, non-Islamic extremism poses to the United States," the report said.
Black separatism was defined as a movement that they said advocates the establishment of a separate nation within the U.S., and its members "advocate or engage in criminal activity and plot acts of violence directed toward local law enforcement" to advance their goals. Black power is a "term used by black separatists to describe their pride in, and the perceived superiority of the black race," the report said.
Under the listing "antiabortion extremism," the lexicon cites a movement that "advocates violence against providers of abortion-related services." It notes that some people in the movement "cite various racist and anti-Semitic beliefs to justify their criminal activities."

I suspect that most people that post to FR would be considered terrorists by the Chairman Bo administration. It is not that those that oppose the tyranny of government that have declared war against the government, but the government has declared war against anyone that fails to worship at the altar of Chairman Bo.
What do you want to bet that "Islamic Jihadist" does not appear in this "lexicon?"

And yet Bill Ayers is NOT on a watch list despite is continued support for his criminal actions during the Vietnam War and his claim that he wouldn’t rule out doing them again in the modern era.

I read it, it doesn’t.
Nothing has changed. This is simply a PR move. The outcry has only made them more desirous of persecuting dissent.
None of us are any safer than we were weeks ago. Probably less so, as they will be more covert about it.
IOW, make everybody a domestic terrorist. Then you have a reason to arrest anyone for anything at any time because all actions of everyone are suspect.

Well you better get it while you can, because that is part of what is at the root of all this mess. The resident cannot get gun control by conventional means so he stages all these crises. Crisis here, crisis there, each time he rules from the oval office on it. He cannot control guns and ammo in a conventional manner, so his minions come up with this terrorist dictionary. You are right, none of the people who should be labeled as terrorists are on it, only those who are really patriots. Why? I have been visiting with a lot of people who predict that he is going to stage a shooting, or mock assassination of him or someone near him so that he can blame the right wing terrorists, and then issue and executive order banning the sale of guns and ammo.
This is the end justifies the means gang up there. Constitution be damned, he said in his election speeches he would rule this nation, and he is showing you that he can.
I don’t put anything past Barry and that bunch of gangsters..they make the Sopranos look tame.
Sounds like a new Punk Rock Band——Barry and the Gangstas.
At least a band would be private enterprise.
