Interesting he’s stepping on Palin again.

Except that he's not. The headline is an outright lie; Romney didn't even mention or allude to Palin.

Mitt Romney said: "I think there are a lot more influential Republicans than that would suggest. But was that the issue on the most beautiful people or the most influential people? I'm not sure. If it's the most beautiful, I understand."

I read this as a backhanded negative comment directed to Sarah Palin, just like the CPAC comment was. He's intimating that she isn't influential and only beautiful.

Like she's just another pretty face! This is marginalization of her experience and leadership!
